The promoter does not take responsibility for entries submitted but not received due to lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failures. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. Bulk entries or entries from 3rd parties will be disqualified.

An entry is taken as email address registration (name and full postal address).

An entry will be disqualified if the email address is invalid.

The winner will receive confirmation they have won the prize via e-mail.

The prize is non transferable. No cash alternative is available for the prize. In the unlikely event the prize or part of the prize becomes unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize which it may determine as being of equal value.

The promoter has arranged this competition in good faith. The promoter reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the competition if circumstances require it.

Entrants accept that if they win, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winner of this Prize Draw and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree and accept the Promoter will not be responsible or liable for any and all liability, claims, costs, losses or expenses incurred arising out of or in respect of the prize, excepting any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
